1. The present writ-petition seeks enforcement of directions contained in the order of 13.03.2020 passed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The direction was simple, inasmuch as the Board of AUQUF was directed to file a report before the learned Trial Judge as expeditiously as possible.

3. More than five years have elapsed from the date of passing of the order, expedition has certainly failed.

4. Mr. Galib, learned Advocate appearing for the AUQUF Board seeks some time to ensure that the report is duly filed before the learned Trial Judge.

5. Let such report be filed before the learned Trial Judge within two weeks from date, if not already filed, a copy whereof shall be served upon the petitioner.

6. With the afore-stated order, WPA 608 of 2025 is disposed of.
