The judgement dated 28.02.2025 is placed before this Court for correction by the Registry.

In the cause title of the judgement dated 28.02.2025, the expression "CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION" shall stand corrected and be read as: "CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION IN APPEAL FROM ITS CONSTITUTIONAL JURISDICTION". 3.

In the 6th line of the 55th paragraph of the 29th page of the said judgement, the expression "MAT 254 of 2020" shall stand corrected and be read as "FMA 75 of 2020". 4.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the judgement dated 28.02.2025.

The other parts of the judgement dated 28.02.2025 shall remain unaltered.
