The present appeal has been preferred challenging an order dated 15th June, 2016 passed in a writ petition being WP 8026 (W) of 2016.

Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.1 submits that during pendency of the appeal, WBSEDCL had complied with the order impugned and had granted new electricity connection in favour of the respondent no.1.

Such fact has not been disputed by Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appearing for the appellants. Let the written instruction, as produced, be kept on record. In view thereof, the appeal and the connected application are dismissed.
