Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the alleged contemnor no.1 submits that order passed by this Court on 1st October, 2024 has been complied with on issuance of pension payment order vide memo dated 11th June, 2025.

Copy of the pension payment order is placed before this Court and same is taken on record. Applicant is represented by learned advocate. In view of issuance of pension payment order it appears that order has been complied with.

Hence, contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.
