Since none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Pratiti Das, learned advocate, is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

The petitioner's grievance is that the private respondents are attempting to

dispossess her as also in respect of recovery of the consideration money which has been paid.

So far as the issue relating to recovery of money is concerned, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court concerned - be it civil and/or criminal.

So far as the issue relating to petitioner's apprehension that she may be dispossessed from the property, I am of the view that if the situation still persists, the police authorities would see to that without due process of law, the petitioner by no means is dispossessed from the property concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 445 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
