WPA 496 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 4 to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 11th November, 2022 and dispose of the same by passing a

reasoned order within a period of four weeks from today after hearing all the necessary parties including the representative of the petitioners. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioners within a week from the date of passing such order.
