Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the information which was furnished to the Police Station, Hatishala Police Station Case No.282 dated 27.12.2024 has been registered for investigation. Subsequently, a counter case of Hatishala P.S. Case No.283 dated 27.12.2024 was also lodged on the basis of a complaint of the respondent no.11.

It has also been reflected in the report that on the basis of the information furnished by the present petitioner, Hatishala P.S. Case No.08 dated 10.01.2025 has been registered against some of the private respondents.

Having considered that the police authorities have already registered a case, I direct that the police authorities would conduct effective investigation to take the investigation of all the three cases to its logical conclusion. In the meantime, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace takes place and/or any other untoward incident results because of the strained relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 641 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to both parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
