1. The petitioner renews his prayer for bail which was rejected on merits by a co-ordinate Bench on November 11, 2024, in CRM (DB) 3289 of 2024. There being no change of circumstance since then we see no reason to re-consider his prayer for bail on merits.

2. CRM (DB) 163 of 2025 is dismissed.

3. However, considering that the petitioner is in custody for 253 days, we request the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same on an early date.

4. Let this order be communicated by the parties to the learned Trial Court.
