It appears that certain typographical errors have occurred in the judgment and order dated 2nd December, 2022. The classification of the appeal was wrongly mentioned as 'M.A.T. instead of 'F.M.A'. Let such correction be incorporated in the said judgment and order.

Further, in the 1st page of the said judgment and order, the date of the impugned order was wrongly mentioned as "19th November, 2022" instead of "19th November, 2015". Let such correction be incorporated in the said judgment and order.

The above corrections be carried out and this order shall form part of the judgment and order dated 2nd December, 2022.
