It appears form the report of the department that registered administrative notice upon the appellants was served upon them.

None appears on behalf of the appellants.

The instant second appeal is pending since 1988. After service of the administrative notice the appellants did not turn up.

Considering the conduct of the appellants, it appears to me that the appellants are not interested to proceed with the instant second appeal. The second appeal is dismissed for default.

The department is directed to send back the LCR to the learned Court concerned.
