For the respondent no.6 It is submitted on behalf of the respondents no.1 to 5 that pursuant to orders passed in this writ petition, the name of the petitioner has been recorded as the family pensioner in place of Smt. Anima Rani Roy and a revised Pension Payment Order (in short "PPO") has been issued in favour of R.K. Roy (Ranjit Kumar Roy), a former Head Constable having no.5788 of SHM Sub-Division by the FA & CAO (Pen) of South Eastern Railway, Garden Reach, Kolkata - 43. A letter dated 25th July, 2022 indicating these facts has been issued to the learned advocate representing the respondents no.1 to 5 by the Assistant Security Commissioner/RPF, South Eastern Railway/ Shalimar, with the copy of the revised PPO issued in the name of Ranjit Kumar Roy, the husband of the petitioner, is produced in Court today which is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid steps taken by the South Eastern Railway, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.

Since I have not called for any affidavits, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
