It was returned on the ground of single teacher, which the petitioner accepted and did not challenge. The petitioner applied again on 23rd September, 2021. The petitioner applied under amendment of the General Transfer Rules, 2015 and the petitioner is covered under the said amendment. Therefore, in any event the application cannot be rejected by the authorities.

Hence, I direct the District Inspector of Schools to see whether an alternative can be made as has been laid down in the subsequent Rule so that the petitioner can get transfer from her present school to another. This rule is to be exercised by the District

Inspector of Schools within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. With this direction this writ application is disposed of.
