The present criminal revision has been preferred against an order dated 28.04.2021 passed by the learned Sub-divisional Executive Magistrate Egra, District Purba Medinipur in Misc. Case No. 215 of 2021 under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

There is no representation on behalf of either sides.

Considering the provisions under which the matter is pending before the learned Subdivisional Executive Magistrate Egra, District Purba Medinipur the present criminal revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The criminal revisonal application being CRR 85 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
