This application pertains to a prayer for relaxation of condition of the order granting bail wherein this Court directed the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of the Howrah Police Station and further restriction was imposed to report to the Inspector-in-Charge of the Howrah Police Station twice a week until further order. On perusal of the report submitted today by the learned Public Prosecutor, which discloses that the petitioner is presently residing at his native place at Bhubaneswar and as per his statement he never resided at any place within Howrah Police Station.

In such view of the matter, prayer for relaxation of condition of bail is considered and rejected.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
