It appears from the report filed by the Registry that notice could be served upon the appellant no.1. It further appears that both the appellants were represented by the same learned Advocate-on-Record. In view of above, the appeal being FMA 92 of 2017 stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
