2. The challenge is mounted to the order of learned Single Judge dated 8.11.2019 in W.P.20380(W) of 2019.

3. The learned Single Judge opined that there exists a civil suit between the private parties in relation to a common passage for which a civil suit is pending.

Thus, interference was declined.

4. The learned Single Judge has taken a plausible view and it appears that parties have lost interest in this appeal.
