It appears that the proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending since 2014.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned Magistrate shall make all endevour to dispose of the M. Case expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of this order.
