1. Petitioner submits he had a romantic relationship with the victim girl. Parents did not agree to the relationship and used to scold her. As a result she committed suicide. She prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State submits petitioner was heard talking to the victim girl just prior to the commission of suicide.

3. We have considered the materials on record including statement of victim's mother before Magistrate. In her statement she stated victim's father saw her talking to the boy. He told her to come downstairs. Isnspite of that victim went on talking to the boy. It is contended victim may have been scolded because of her conversation with the petitioner and committed suicide. Reason for commission of suicide is unclear as no suicide note was left behind by the victim.

4. Under such circumstances we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of BNSS 2023.

6. Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
