Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the Court should take into account the period of detention of the petitioner and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the earlier order of rejection dated November 15, 2021 in CRM 7260 of 2021. The Court should take into account the role of the petitioner in the incident.

Considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the order of rejection dated November 15, 2021 the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
