The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in Education(H/P.G.) of Panchanantolla High School, District : Howrah.

The authority though once entertained the application of the petitioner for general transfer but no decision was ultimately taken on the said application, however, the petitioner, on the introduction of the Utsashree Portal, again applied for such general transfer but same is still pending.

The operation of the Portal is now under suspension as such, there is no scope for the authorities to consider the said application of the petitioner, as prayed for.

W.P.A. 516 of 2023 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
