No. 127 of 2019 arising out of New Town Police Station Case No. 487 of 2019 dated 20.11.2019 under Sections 4/8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, presently pending before the learned Judge, Special Court, under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 , North 24-Parganas. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner though learned counsel for the State is present.

Considering the relief prayed for and the nature of the proceedings CRR 93 of 2022 is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The criminal revisonal application being CRR 93 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
