On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the revisional applications are taken up for hearing together as connected applications. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. Due to inadvertence, several revisional applications have been filed in respect of two different proceedings pending before the learned trial Court, one under the provisions of the Protection of
Women from Domestic Violence Act and the other under Section 498A and Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. In view of the above, the revisional applications need to be withdrawn so that two appropriate applications can be filed in respect of the two separate proceedings.
On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the revisional applications are dismissed as not pressed.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
