However, from the information furnished with Tala Police Station, it reflects that there is no accusation, rather they have settled the dispute, according to the contents of the information furnished with the police authorities. Having regard to the circumstances which have been canvassed before this Court, I am of the view that the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 630 of 2025 is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
