Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition as the petition suffers from technical defects.

In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

W.P.A. 469 of 2022 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
