Mr. Ziaul Haque, Mr. Kartik Das ...for the petitioners Mr. Asish Kumar Guha, Mr. Naren Ghosh Dastidar ...for the State Counsel for the petitioners submits that the private respondents have forcibly entered into his property and have assaulted them.

Counsel for the State submits that on the complaint of the petitioners and the private respondents, FIRs have been lodged and charge sheet no.147 of 2020 dated 30.05.2020, charge sheet no. 144 of 2020 dated 30.05.2020 and charge sheet no. 308 of 2020 dated 15.08.2020 have been filed. Proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C. have also been taken out.

The parties may establish their civil rights in respect of the property before the Civil Court. The Officer-in-Charge, Kolaghat Beat House shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
