Pursuant to the earlier direction dated 20.01.2025, State has submitted a report wherein the Inspector-in-Charge, Simlapal Police Station has contended that during enquiry it was found one under construction house at Sonakandra mouza which falls within dag no.134, but presently no construction is going on. After receiving the order of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Khatra, the Inspector-in-Charge has informed both the petitioners and the private respondents repeatedly to maintain the status quo order over the disputed land.

In view of the police having taken steps and the report so submitted, I am of the opinion that both

the parties will be at liberty to pray for their appropriate reliefs before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Khatra, Bankura who is in seisin of T.S. 73 of 2024. No further order need be passed in the present writ petition in view of the report submitted by the police authorities.

Accordingly, WPA 634 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
