1. This matter is taken up on the request of the Registry of this Court. It has informed that in the order dated 19th December, 2025, the case number is erroneously mentioned as "CR 781 of 1978" whereas the correct case number is "CR 317 of 1978".

2. The typographical error is directed to be corrected and now case number shall be read as "CR 317 of 1978".
