Learned Advocate for the appellants draws our attention to an order dated January 14, 2020 and submits that for all practical purposes both the appeals have been disposed of. The order impugned has been set aside. However, inadvertently, it has not been recorded that the appeals stand disposed of.

We agree with learned Advocate for the appellants. We have perused the order dated January 14, 2020. Nothing remains to be adjudicated.

Accordingly, both the appeals being F.M.A. 478 of 2020 (M.A.T. 1977 of 2019) and F.M.A. 479 of 2020 (M.A.T. 1978 of 2019) along with connected applications being IA No: C.A.N. 1 of 2020 (Old No. C.A.N. 99 of 2020) and IA No:
