Certain medical considerations were cited in the said application. There are other prayers made in the writ application which the petitioner is not pressing at this stage. The DIGP (Range Durgapur), CRPF, Durgapur shall consider the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with the CRPF Act and Rules within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The order may be communicated to the petitioner by the CRPF within seven days thereof.

It is made clear that this court has not entered into any of the claims of the petitioner at this stage.

Since the authorities have not used any affidavit, the allegations contained in the writ application shall not be deemed to have been admitted by them. The authorities shall continue to act in accordance with the Rules in so far as any other request that the petitioner may have made.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
