Inadvertent typographical error has crept into the order dated 14th March, 2023, in the 8th line of first page mentioning the name of the substituted appellant as "Maya Ganguly" instead of "Mala Ganguly".

The name of the substituted appellant in the aforesaid order be read as "Mala Ganguly" instead of "Maya Ganguly".

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

Other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
