1. Despite several orders of the Registry since 2006, requisites have not been put in by the appellant.

2. Time to put in requisites is extended peremptorily by a week from date.

3. In default, F.A. No. 64 of 2006 shall stand automatically dismissed and interim order shall also stand vacated.

4. The Registry of this Court shall thereupon communicate this order to the Court below.

5. L.C.R. may thereupon be sent back to the Court below.
