The petitioners are aggrieved by the warrant of arrest so issued by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gangarampur, Buniadpur.

Learned advocate for the petitioners undertakes to surrender before the jurisdictional court.

Accordingly, learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Sujata Das, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course.

In view of the fact that the petitioners were on bail in connection with Harirampur Police Station Case No. 59 of 2019 dated 04.04.2019, I direct in case the petitioners appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gangarampur, Buniadpur on or before 21st February, 2023, they may be allowed to continue on the

same bail and bond.

In case the petitioners do not appear within the scheduled so fixed, i.e., 22.02.2023, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gangarampur, Buniadpur will shift to the harsher process of law.

The execution of the warrant of arrest so issued be stayed till 21st February, 2023.

The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gangarampur, Buniadpur is directed that after the accused persons appear within a week, the case should be committed to the court of Sessions( if the chargesheet has been submitted under the same Section as in the FIR).

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application n being CRR 86 of 2023 is disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
