As the Investigating Officer cannot proceed with the documents which have been requested to be handed over by the BL & LRO, Karandighi Block, Uttar Dinajpur and repeated reminders have been sent, the concerned BL & LRO, Karandighi Block, Uttar Dinajpur is directed to supply the records to the Investigating Officer of the case within a fortnight from the date of communication of this order so that the Investigating Officer can proceed with the investigation of the case. The Investigating Officer on receipt of documents would cross-check from the complainant and/or all the affected parties and would

proceed with the investigation for taking the same to its logical conclusion by obtaining relevant report, if required from the QDEB, CID, West Bengal.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 674 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Petitioner is directed to inform the BL & LRO, Karandighi Block, Uttar Dinajpur.

The Investigating Officer is also directed to communicate this order by 31st January, 2025 to the concerned BL & LRO.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
