Learned advocate appearing for the state draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner claimed himself to be an owner of a travel house and took money from the members of the public on the promise of contract for travel which he did not do.

Considering the complicity of the petitioner in the offences alleged, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 83 of 2024 is dismissed.
