demolition programme was conducted and concluded on 20.01.2024. The total unauthorized C.I. shed of the first floor has been demolished.

In view of the demolition of the unauthorized construction nothing remains to be decided in the instant writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of.

The report of the engineers is taken on record.
