akd This matter is listed at the instance of the Department. Seen the report of the Section Officer / Assistant Registrar dated 31st March, 2022 pointing out some typographical errors crept in the judgement dated 2nd December, 2021. In the 3rd paragraph at the first page of the said judgment the date has wrongly been typed as "December 29, 1977" instead of "December 23, 1977" and the Case No. has wrongly been typed as "Sessions Trial No. 1 of August 1977" instead of "Sessions Trial No. 1 of December, 1977" as also at the top of the last page of the said judgment the case number has wrongly been typed as "Sessions Case No. 7 of August 1972" instead of "Sessions Case No. 7 of August 1977".

The mistakes are apparent.

The office is directed to correct the judgment dated 2nd December, 2021 accodingly.

Let this order be read conjointly with the judgment dated 2nd December, 2021.
