The records indicate that the petitioner was duly notified of the hearing under Section 400 (1) of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980, and participated in the hearing held on July 13, 2022. Furthermore, the demolition order dated July 18, 2022, was communicated to the petitioner. It is undisputed that no sanctioned plan exists for the building in question.

However, this shall not preclude the petitioner from taking any steps in accordance with the law.

Accordingly, WPA 615 of 2025 is dismissed.
