1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was used to transport narcotics. Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
