The appeal has been listed under the caption "For Dismissal" pursuant to our order dated 5th January, 2022. We had directed to do so because consistently there has been no appearance from the side of the appellants. Even today, none appears for the appellants. We have heard Mr. S. C. Prasad, learned counsel for the provident fund authorities.

In the light of the above, the appeal and the connected application are dismissed for non-prosecution. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
