Learned advocate for the petitioner has prayed for bail on detention of the accused.

I have taken into account the previous orders passed by this Court which were on merits of the case.

Having regard to the totality of the circumstances State would take steps and efforts be taken for concluding the trial at the earliest.

At this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 83 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
