Learned advocate for the State submits that the learned Civil Court is already in seisin of the subject dispute in connection with T.S. 510 of 2024 and

necessary reports have been furnished as and when called for by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), 1st Court, Burdwan.

Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes the contentions so far as the merits in respect of the subject property is concerned.

Be that as it may, I direct that the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman would consider the representation within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and, thereafter, within a period of two weeks communicate the decision to the petitioner which he/she has arrived at.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 685 of 2025 is disposed of.
