Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocates appearing for the petitioners and the respondent no.5.

The said report reflects that presently no construction is in progress. However, the main grievance of the petitioners is that during the pendency of the status quo order whether any construction was raised or not.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.5 submits that status quo order was vacated and consequently construction was raised. Be that as it may, if there has been any violation of the order which has been claimed by the petitioners particularly during the period of status quo when there was a direction for not to change the nature, character and possession of the property, in that case the petitioners would

approach the appropriate authorities for violation of the order. If the violation is found to be in defiance of a court's order, in that case the appropriate authorities would take steps including demolition of the structure which has been raised, if the same is in violation of the order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 690 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
