2. Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail. He submits his mother had expired and he may be permitted to return to his residence to his grieving family.

3. Under such circumstances conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner not to enter Belgharia P.S. and report to the Officer-inCharge of the police station concerned within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing i.e Madhyamgram P.S are waived and he is directed to meet Officer-in- Charge Belgharia P.S once in a month until further orders.

4. Other conditions shall continue.

5. CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
