Pursuant to the order dated 10th February, 2023, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas is personally present in Court.

It is submitted that the order in question has been complied with by the alleged contemnors. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be decided in this contempt application.

The personal appearance of the alleged contemnors shall stand dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

The contempt application is, thus, disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
