Since the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of GR Case No.227 of 2023 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Bankura, the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties.
The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been recommended for appointment to the post of Junior Mining Geologist in Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines. Pendency of the case before the learned Magistrate may impede his appointment to the said post. In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as the business of the Court would permit, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
The revisional application being CRR 138 of 2025 is disposed of.
