Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 1095 days. He draws the attention of the Court to the medical report of the petitioner. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the age of the victim and the materials in the case diary.

Considering the age of the victim, and the materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 93 of 2022 is dismissed.
