1. The affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The present writ petition has been filed, inter alia, complaining inaction on the part of the municipal authorities to take steps on the basis of the representation dated 11th December, 2025. From the aforesaid representation, it would transpire that the petitioner has made a complaint with regard to the violation of building Rules in respect of 8 premises. The complaint, however, fails to identify the nature of the illegal construction complained of. It appears that the complaint has been lodged in the most casual manner and is also vague.

3. Having regard to the above, there is no scope to entertain the writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed without any order as to costs.
