Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 76 days.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that stolen articles were seized from the shop belonging to the petitioner and that such articles were identified as stolen. He submits that there are prior antecedents of the petitioner in relation to a cheating case. Considering the nature of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as appearing from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 94 of 2022 is dismissed.
