2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of victim implicates the petitioners in the offence of penetrative sexual assault.

3. Under such circumstances and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
