FMA 78 of 2006 was written as FMA 785 of 2006.

Accordingly, FMA 785 of 2006 be replaced by "FMA 78 of 2006" in paragraph 3 at page 6 of the judgment dated 10th November, 2022.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction accordingly.
